After a long day of health coaching for a company in SoHo, NYC, stopped by Pescatore Seafood at Grand Central Terminal market on the way to boarding my train home to pick up wild: yellowfin tuna, copper river salmon and sea scallops from Maine (all of which were labeled, smelled fresh, packed with an ice pack and served quickly with a 😀👍)
Decided to immediately grill the salmon with a light sprinkle of Cajun seasoning that was ready in minutes and heavenly👌
