Easy and nutritious! Added frozen  organic spinach to chili to boost the nutritive value. Great on a tortilla!

Basil gnocchi with French green beans

Tossed cooked basil gnocchi with my fav marinara sauce and french steamed green beans for a vegetarian lunch. Choose the amount of each ingredient based on preference!

coffee chia seed pudding

Just make extra coffee in the morning and  add a tbsp chia seed to your fav coffee. Combine with milk, cinnamon and 1/2 tsp honey. Refrigerate 4 hrs and enjoy for summer pick me up!

Best summer meal ever!

Grill salmon topped with lemon and herbs.Serve with broccoli slaw-available at many markets. Fresh fruit salad made your fav cut up fruit in season!

Fav Summer Meal

Combined a pint of chopped grape tomatoes with 1/2 diced jalape├▒o, 1 tbsp diced red onion, 2 tbsp chopped cilantro and juice of 2 limes. Served it over grilled chicken on a warm corn tortilla!

Refreshing beverage 

Love fresh lime juice and mint in ice water on hot summer days. Lime juice (is a good source of vitamin C which) helps with iron absorption if you have it with a food rich in iron like steak, omelet or spinach salad!

Swiss Chard

Fresh Swiss chard is delicious sauteed with garlic and grape tomatoes. It’s low in calories and a rich source of vitamins A, C and K. This was freshly picked in my aunt’s garden!

Refreshing Hibiscus tea

Tastes like cranberry and delicious hot or cold. Rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and minerals.

Infused Water

Nothing more refreshing on a hot summer day then water infused with cardamom and fennel seeds!

Salad Greens

Enjoy freshly picked from the garden and packed with vitamins C and K, iron and fiber. Simply toss with your fav herbs, olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar!
