Topped a whole wheat tortilla with my fav pizza toppings and baked it on a parchment lined baking pan for 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven. I also added salad on top prior to serving to round out my easy to make, delicious meal!
Just added leftover turkey breast to this lightly seasoned frozen veggie combo from Trader Joe’s made in France. Tossed it around few minutes in small amt of avocado oil until tender. Really flavorful, healthy and low carb!
Love having dinner with friends at my favorite Chinese food restaurant! Service is friendly, food is fresh and served in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Portions are generous. Picked up this organic salad kit from Costco which came with a variety of 6 different organic veggies, balsamic dressing, croutons and feta cheese. (Added my own additional feta and red onion to salad in photo below). Crunchy, fresh, nutritious and delicious!
