Vegetarian on the Run

Tossed a cup of part skim ricotta with 1/2 cup chopped sauteed onion, 1 cup of broccoli florets, 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil and grape tomatoes with 2 cups cooked whole wheat pasta for this quick and yummy vegetarian dish. Be sure to make extra for lunch the next day!​ ​

Sea Scallops
