In light of recent social media posts/articles on depression, felt need to share this. Our mood is greatly affected by what we choose to eat on a regular basis (see below by Mayoclinic). This is often overlooked but can be so simple. Have seen benefits (health/mood) with many clients over the years by incorporating exercise, fruits, veggies and fish. Used eggs (photo below)containing omega 3 cooked in my tomato sauce with roasted veggies. #happylife
