#Dojo. #NYC

Returned to #Dojo in #Greenwichvillage 2 more times in past few days due to it’s convenient location, friendly staff and my 😍 for Japanese food.

We had grilled salmon and grilled eel both of which were cooked to perfection and came with choice of (brown or white) rice, tasty miso soup and fresh salad. They also accommodated a request to replace rice with a veg for the salmon. We liked the creamy body and texture of the cold Kurosawa sake and the house made Dojo carrot ginger dressing (which is also sold by the bottle to go).

The next day, I returned to have the vegan mama for dinner which was an assortment of freshly steamed veggies with tofu and carrot ginger dressing on the side. This dish was super healthy and satisfying. I requested my fav veg: kabocha japanese pumpkin instead of rice.

Both meals were enjoyed with well brewed pot of green tea.
