Today’s Breakfast

Made these blueberry lemon muffins with whole wheat flour, added cinnamon (as I always do when adding half of the amt of sugar listed in most recipes) and used grated lemon zest for a fresh citrus flavor. All assembled and mixed in 1 bowl. Enjoyed the fragrance throughout the house as they baked. Great with your fav Greek yogurt on the side.
