Chill in the Air

Craving a light soup to warm me up which led me to combining these ingredients for a quick chicken soup:

Rotisserie chicken parts (skin removed), 1/8 cup chopped scallions, 1/2 cup fresh pumpkin, 1/4 cup scallions, 1/4 cup millet (provided by Bob’s Red Mill)  and 1/8 cup cilantro simmered in 1 qt of water 30 minutes.
