Stuffed Peppers

Sautéed 1 lb ground turkey with 1/2 cup diced onions, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1/2 cup diced pepper and blended with 1/4 grated Romano cheese and 1 cup cooked millet. Filled hulled red pepper halves, topped with 1 cup tomato sauce and baked 1 hr at 350 degrees. Great dish to make ahead!
