Mom’s Meatballs

My version of these, combines 1 lb ground turkey with 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp chopped fresh onion, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese and 2 slices crumbled whole wheat Italian bread. I shape them into mini meatballs and roast 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Frequently triple recipe to freeze extras for last minute meals to add to my tomato sauce 0r as a gift to my children for theirs 😊
