Veggie spiked baked pasta

Combined a box of high fiber cooked spaghetti with 6 eggs, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, 1 lb chopped spinach and 1/2 lb artichoke hearts and baked it in a nonstick lasagne pan at 350 degrees for 1 hr until golden and crispy. Took my mom’s old recipe and added veggies and further increased fiber by using high fiber pasta. Great combo of flavors to make ahead for company or plan extra for busy nights!
