Grilled Middle Eastern Chicken and Potatoes

Rubbed zataar (for an exotic twist)on chicken and cooked it on grill with potatoes that were washed and microwaved for 8 min. Love texture of both! They were crispy on outside and moist on inside! Served with spinach salad (using equal parts of pomegranate juice and olive oil as dressing) to round out the meal. Makes me feel like I travelled afar!
