Mom’s Plum Tart

Combined 1 tsp baking powder with 2 eggs, 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon with just enough water to moisten the dough; pressed dough out into a parchment paper lined 9 inch baking pan. Pressed wedges of Italian plums on dough, (cont’d below) sprinkled with 1 tsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and baked in 350 degree oven 45 min.
