Squid Korean style

Enjoyed squid with kimchee (fermented cabbage veggie combo) during a visit to Koreatown in Manhattan. Kimchee is high in fiber, healthy bacteria and vitamins A, B and C.  It was served with broccoli, rice, miso soup and whole croaker fish. Loved the cinnamon ginger tea that was served afterwards. It was a lightly sweet digestive with a smooth finish after a spicy meal!
